The team were there to help and guide throughout the mortgage process. Ours was not an easy application as was a self build and I was not a first time buyer. Everyone did everything in their power to get it across the line. A special mention to Caroline who showed us amazing patience and was quick to respond to all our emails and queries. I couldn't recommend Caroline and Andrew enough! Nothing was too much for them. We first met with Andy and went through all our details we then had Ayesha and Caroline looking after us from start to finish with Andy. Nothing was impossible for these guys to do for us they were determined to get us our mortgage and jumped through hoops finding the best one that suited us. They answered all queries and emails and we were never left wondering what is going on. I would highly recommend. The team at Mortgage Plan helped myself and my wife get the funding for our dream home in 2025. The team made this tough process as easy as possible for us to follow and stuck with us every inch of the way.
After we had failed to secure the funding with main stream banks independently at the start of this process. We then engaged with the team at Mortgage Plan. They supported applications and provided strong justifications for those mainstream Banks to lend but unfortunately those applications were not approved for 1 reason or another. It would of been very easy for Mortgage Plan to concentrate on the next application but to their credit worked extremely hard to find additional lenders and were successful and got it over the line for us.
I would recommend Mortgage Plan to anyone looking to buy a home and would also recommend speaking to them 1st as my experience has been that the level of expertise and support was far greater than what you will receive from mainstream banks
