Can I release equity as part of the switch?
Yes – Most homeowners assume that releasing equity from their home requires them to justify what the money is for, document quotes for renovations, or prove the purpose of the funds. They don’t realise that several lenders allow general-use equity release with no documented purpose required. Note this approach may not be available from all lenders and it should only be considered following a full fact find exercise and consultation with one of our experienced financial advisers before you make a final supported decision.
How long does it take?

What documents are required?

Will I loose my tracker?
If you wish to switch lenders then unfortunately, yes you will lose your tracker. We can advise you regarding the various offerings and help you to decide if loosing your tracker is worth it. The advise will be based on your overall financial circumstances and needs.
